The **Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry** organized a hands-on training programme on **“Molecular Dynamic Simulation”** on 12 August 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Seminar Hall of Dr. Rajendra Gode College of Pharmacy, Malkapur.
The training session was conducted by **Dr. Rahul D. Jawarkar, Associate Professor, Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, DRGIoP, Amravati**. The programme provided participants with practical exposure to the basic concepts, workflow, applications, and interpretation of molecular dynamic simulation in pharmaceutical and computational research.
A total of **45 postgraduate (PG) students along with faculty members** attended the programme and actively participated in the hands-on training. The session provided valuable practical knowledge that can be applied to academic projects, dissertation work, and research activities in computational drug design.
The programm was hosted by **Miss Shweta Rane** and efficiently conducted the proceedings of the programme. **Mr. Kisan Pawar** assisted in the **inauguration of the programme**. **Mr. Bhavesh Mandwale** provided **technical assistance** throughout the training session and ensured the smooth functioning of the technical requirements. **Miss Sakshi Patil** delivered the **vote of thanks**, expressing gratitude to the resource person, management, faculty members, and participating students.
The programme was coordinated by **Dr. P. P. Chinchole, Coordinator**, with the support of **Dr. V. S. Adhao, IQAC Head**, and under the guidance of **Dr. P. K. Deshmukh, Principal**.
The programme concluded successfully with active participation from the students and faculty members. The hands-on training enhanced the participants’ understanding of molecular dynamic simulation and its significance in modern pharmaceutical research.
