Guest Lecture on Work Flow in QA Department -Guest Lecture Under Alumini Connect Series

The Training and Placement Cell of Dr. Rajendra Gode College of Pharmacy, Malkapur organized a guest lecture on 30th September 2025 under the Alumni Connect Series. The session was delivered by Mr. Piyush Patil, Technical Expert at Fresenius Kabi India Pvt. Ltd., Pune, and an alumnus of the college.

Mr. Patil shared his rich experience from the pharmaceutical industry with a special focus on the Quality Assurance department in parenteral product manufacturing. He explained the functioning of different departments in a parenteral industry and how they work together to ensure the safety and quality of products. Students gained clarity on important concepts such as data integrity and the meaning of deviations, along with their role in maintaining high standards. He also discussed how deviations are handled in practice through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Another important aspect of the session was his discussion on international exposure. Mr. Patil spoke about export requirements and market guidelines across different countries, giving students an idea of how companies align with global regulatory standards. His insights highlighted the importance of compliance and precision in every stage of pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Beyond technical knowledge, Mr. Patil described the working culture in multinational companies. He shared details about shifts, incentives, and professional discipline that shape a positive work environment.
